Ganni is a Dutch ready-to-wear brand founded by Frans Truelsen. After Truelsen, Ditte and Nicolaj Reffstrup acquired the brand and transformed it into the fashion juggernaut it is today.

In order for a company to be B Corp certified, they must pass extensive auditing in social and environmental impact, make a legal accountability commitment, and be completely transparent. A B Corp certification isn’t a guaranteed method of proving one’s ethics. Nor is it the only way. However, a huge fashion house like Ganni being B Corp certified proves sustainability matters to them as a brand. It’s also a signal to other brands that a standard for transparency has been set.
