What’s so Great about Vince Camuto?
Vince Camuto makes women’s shoes that are beautiful, durable and well-priced. I’ve had a pair of multicolored snake print heels from them for upwards of 3 years with virtually no signs of wear (Despite me wearing them nearly 3 times per week in the warm months!)
Who would have thought designer heels could be so heavy-duty?
I have a soft spot for all things Vince Camuto since my mama is a big fan of the brand as well. She almost exclusively wears their apparel!
Most recently, she purchased a pair of their pristine tailored pants. The ideal fit and creamy hue make for the ideal pair of pants sure to last years. The same quality craftsmanship they bring to shoes is evident in their women’s clothes, for sure. But, I digress.
After all, we’re talking about spring shoes! Specifically, this list of gorgeous mules I’m coveting for warmer weather.
What are mules?
Gentle reminder: we’re talking shoes here, not animals. In the women’s footwear world, mules are simply defined as any shoe with no backing.
Clogs are what immediately come to mind, but mules often have heels as well. I use the word ”sandal” interchangeably with ”mule” since they technically can be. They share the same relationship as a parallelogram does with a rectangle.
Every rectangle is by definition a parallelogram, but every parallelogram isn’t necessarily a rectangle. In the same way, a mule is always a sandal, but every sandal is not always a mule.
I love mules because they’re almost always casual. You can wear them as your daily chic element even if you’re wearing a white t-shirt and jeans. On the other hand, you can always dress mules up!
Clogs aren’t what I have in mind here. I’m thinking more a nude mule with a 2 inch heel. But hey I’m sure there are some great formal clogs out there that this would also apply to.

I’m a huge fan of the see-through shoe trend, I just don’t like when a shoe is completely transparent. I’m not trying to have the whole world see my ugly pinky toe all smooshed up like that!
These gorgeous sandals are the perfect solution: dark enough to conceal but transparent enough to stay on trend. And that flared heel? I’m obsessed!
Salete Mule in Lilac ($99)
Another fresh take on the popluar puffer trend, the Salete Mule is fashion. It has a more muted fluff than other similar shoes with vertical striping that adds a layer of elevated style.
I also looove the lilac color; perfect for spring!
Sarendie Mule in Fuschia ($54.99)
What’s better for warm weather than a hot pink shoe? And these are HOT pink! These are a little bit taller than you would wear as a casual sandal, but if you’re looking for the perfect outdoor wedding shoe this is it.
The square toe is trendy, the overlapping straps are interesting and the quality is superb!
Brinela Mule in Orange Ochre ($99)
These shoes may be my favorite on the list. I’ve never seen a woven detail done to resemble bubbles like this before! It’s a happy shoe in a happy color for a happy season.
Antonni Slide in Light Cognac ($99)
A good pair of slides is essential! These are exactly what you need since they have a little heel to keep you off the ground completely and a toe divider for some extra grip. Sometimes simple is best!
