What kind of bag should I bring on vacation?

When I think of a “vacation bag” I mean the cute one you want to take a photo with. Not the duffle bag you use to travel.

That being clear, the kind of bag you bring on vacation is the kind that conveys the right vacation message. Are we here for someone else’s wedding? Then something breezy and romantic. Are we here for a personal celebration? Then something statement and unique!

The situations may vary, but the rules stay the same: vacation bags must be joyous. Whatever that means to you. To me, a joyous bag is something fun, interesting and unsuitable for casual outfits. You’re on vacation after all! Your bag should celebrate that as much as you do.

If you’re like me, you can only really be proud of your bag if it was created fairly. No matter how cute it is. Thus the importance of shopping ethical first!

What Defines a Brand as Ethical?

For us to consider a brand ethically made, it needs to implement a set of ethical standards in their production process. Here are some key factors we consider when evaluating the ethics of a brand:
