My latest sweater obsession perfectly encapsulates a mindset we should all internalize: I’m a luxury! Gyles and George created the “I’m a Luxury” sweater in the 80s.
It was famously worn by Princess Diana and it remains a vintage fashion staple.
While Princess Diana made the sweater famous decades ago, I must thank a reality star for bringing it to my attention. Heather Gay of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City recently wore the Gyles and George masterpiece in season 2 of the show.
When I saw it, I fell in love!
The front isn’t the only memorable statement, either. The back offers an even bolder message with: “Few Can Afford”.
This sweater is on my wishlist for sure! It’s not only a beautifully crafted garment, but it’s also a conversation piece and the perfect first date staple 😉
