    What is Bodega?

Bodega is a contemporary online shopping destination! It curates the best brands in streetwear for women’s and men’s apparel and accessories. Although technically, Bodega is firstly for men’s apparel. How do I know? There’s one separate category devoted to ”women’s and unisex”.

The signs are pointing to men’s apparel, but once you see their products you’ll see their gender ambiguity. I consider Bodega a unisex shopping destination.

I mean, they sell streetwear: sneakers, graphic tees, hoodies, and more. All of those pieces work on both women and men! Think of an elevated casual outfit. Each element of that outfit is sure to be at Bodega.

The brand was originally founded as a fusion between art, fashion and counterculture. It stays true to its roots by hosting many anticipated fashion releases. They also support independent designers and collaborations. Their vision is to ”create for and inspire those who seek more than the ordinary”. They do so every day by offering the latest in street style.

    Why I Love Bodega

I love this site because of its unique selection! It’s not like other humongous marketplaces that have hundreds of items in as many categories. On Bodega you’re getting more curated pieces from top brands in each category. It makes you pay more attention to the clothes you’re scrolling through since there aren’t an overwhelming number of options!

Shopping here is like shopping with no limits. You’re not constricted to one category of ”women’s apparel”. On Bodega, everything is for everyone. Every time I visit the site, I look through everything regardless of which garments are intended for which gender. The nature of their clothing is to be ambiguous. And listen, graphic tees, hoodies and sneakers probably look better on women anyway!

I knew this site was a keeper when I saw they had Ivy Park’s latest collection. At the time, they had just released that beautiful green capsule. Every piece was drool-worthy. And not sold out! Everywhere else I (briefly) saw Ivy Park, they sold out of their items within minutes.

Not Bodega. They had nearly every piece from the collection still available. Yes, sizes were selling out fast but hey they were still online! Ivy Park isn’t the only major, admirable brand that Bodega offers. It’s the fact that they have Ivy Park plus a lot of other talented, independent designers that makes them worth supporting.

They really have something for everyone!

    The Jackets

My something this time around was jackets. I know spring is on the horizon so a jacket shouldn’t be my top priority. But, jackets serve as more than just warming apparel. They also make amazing accessories!

A great jacket instantly upgrades your entire look. It can often be the entire look if you intend to keep it on all day! It’s just a major plus that it also keeps you warm. I’m always cold so I love jackets equally for their warmth and style. But, I digress.

Let’s get into the best jackets I found when I perused Bodega’s enviable selection!
